Our Business Center is a hub for entrepreneurs whether in the business startup phase, a well-established company or as a seasoned business owner. Whether the need is a fulltime office studio or an alternative environment to work remotely away from a home office, the Business Center at Keeton’s can deliver. As more and more individuals have recently abandoned the traditional office work environment to work from home, the demand has increased for virtual office services to supplement the home office work experience. Many business owners for security and privacy reasons, do not feel comfortable meeting clients in their home nor having their business mail sent to their home address.

At the Business Center we can provide you with the option to subscribe to our Virtual Mail Service and have access to our meeting and conference room facilities.

The Business Center’s fulltime office solutions will consist of nine newly built office studios identified in alphabetical sequence from A to J. Leases will be for a minimum of one year up to three years or longer as desired. Please see the Floor Plan.

The Business Center will be located in Suite 1000 at Keeton’s Center and each studio will have a premier Manatee Ave W address. The space is designed for simplicity with a casual environment to include unique features such as stained concrete floors, specialty lighting, partial interior glass walls, designer paint colors, inspirational art, and diversified wall finishes.

The monthly rent for each office studio will be determined by the location in the building, whether furnished or unfurnished, and other amenities provided. One of the unique benefits of our rent structure is we lease by space not by the square foot for maximum economy—You pay one flat price each month which includes a dedicated mail box, a directory listing for your company on the www.KeetonsCenter.com website, all utilities, high speed internet, CAM, 2 hours a month of conference room use and shared access to the kitchen. An abundance of onsite parking is available at Keeton’s Center for tenants and clients.
