The goal at Ironworks Market is to be a destination mixed Retail environment where consumers can shop, hang out, eat at a favorite restaurant, meet clients, and enjoy downtown Bradenton’s friendly, community atmosphere.

In recent years, retailing has seen a vast shift in consumer buying behavior due to online-mobile phone shopping. In the 1950’s large regional malls became popular among consumers for shopping and dining. However, times and retail trends have changed. The era of the big malls and big box stores has seen a sharp reduction. Big name retailers, like Macey’s, Sears, Penney’s, and Steinmart have been forced to shut down as consumer demand has declined.
However, people will always need the local, neighborhood friendly, retail center to have a coffee, a beer or glass of wine, grab a sandwich, meet an attorney or financial advisor, pick up dry-cleaning, get nails done or a haircut.

The mission at Ironworks Market over time is to serve the Bradenton community by meeting these needs.
